These terms apply to tickets purchased for the Astor Film Bazaar 2026.
General Admission
General admission to the Astor Film Bazaar 2026 is $5 per person, unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are available to purchase online through the Astor Film Bazaar website and may also be available at the door on the day of the event, subject to capacity and availability.
Ticket revenue helps cover the operating costs associated with running the Astor Film Bazaar, including event production, staffing, marketing, ticketing, equipment and other event-related expenses.
A valid ticket may be required for entry.
Goodie Bags
A complimentary Astor Film Bazaar / Umbrella Entertainment goodie bag will be available to the first 250 attendees through the door on the day.
Goodie bags are strictly limited to 250 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
Goodie bag contents may vary and are subject to availability.
Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, inability to attend or accidental purchase.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
If the event itself is cancelled or materially changed in circumstances where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
Event Changes
Astor Film Bazaar reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, participating vendors, screenings, activities, operating hours or other event details where necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to ticket holders.
Entry and Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, vendors, staff and the venue.
Astor Film Bazaar and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a person where reasonably necessary for safety, security or serious misconduct.
Photography and Filming
Photography and video may take place during the Astor Film Bazaar for promotional, archival and social media purposes.
Where practical, attendees who do not wish to be prominently photographed or filmed may speak with event staff on the day.
